Stone Therapy Massage
Stone therapy massage utilises both hot and cold stones incorporated with hands-on massage techniques in order to bring about a feeling of deep relaxation and wellbeing.
Heated basalt stones can be deeply relaxing and help to warm and release tight muscles without applying deep pressure.
The warmth of the stones improves circulation and lymphatic drainage and also calms the nervous system.
Cold stones are generally used on the face area to relieve sinus congestion, reduce inflammation and helps to reduce puffiness and dark circles around the eyes.
